For the second Christmas running, I purchased gift cards from Bamboo Body. For the second year running, we needed to email the business to inquire why we received no gift card links but just the item number. They clearly need help with IT regarding the gift card system. What is a simple process for most businesses is beyond Bamboo Body. Your system needs work regarding the Gift card process.
